Moving from a city hotel in the UK to a beach resort felt like a different industry: longer seasons, more outdoor time, and guests on holiday mode. Training covered the PMS quickly; the hardest part was remembering every local excursion name at check-in. Saving was easier with staff meals and shared housing sorted. I would do a second season without hesitation.
